A Journey Back to Your Soul Essence - Thursday May 2nd 7-9pm

In this event we are combning two incredible healing modalities to support you in coming back to your Calm, Clear and Empowered State of Being. We will start with a grounding and intention setting experience to connect each of us back to ourselves. The evening will continue with connection to the breath and guidance through a beautiful deep conscious breathwork journey to shift your energetics back into balance, give you freedom from self-doubt and limiting thought patterns, and clarity. You will then receive a crystal sound bowl experience, for additional healing, grounding and integration.

Deep Conscious Breathwork explained:

Transformational breathwok is a practice that harnesses the power of conscious, connected breathing to facilitate emotional release, self-discovery and personal growth. How you breathe shapes how you feel, your mindset, energy levels and how your physical body functions. During this breathwork journey, you will be guided in a conscious altered breath pattern to access and release deep emotions, find clarity of mind and shift your body on a cellular level. You will be held in a safe, supportive and nurturing container. Allow yourself to be led on this journey - for on the other side lies the awareness and clarity of your true potential, connection to your soul essence, your light and the magic of you!

Do I need to have any prior experience?

If you are alive and well, you are breathing. You do not need to have any prior experience with breathwork techniques. I will guide you through it all. Just come with an open mind and an open heart.

Both women and men are welcome to join!

What do I need to bring?

Please bring with you a water bottle, something comfortable to sit on, a blanket to lay over you, something to write in (journal) and something to write with. Wear something comfortable as we will be seated for a portion, and laying down for a portion of it. Some like to wear an eye cover for the breathwork part of the journey.

What do I need to do to prepare?

As we will be engaging in some deep breathing, we ask that you do not eat a heavy meal at least 2 hours prior to the session. You may have a snack up to 90 minutes prior, but keep it light. It is best if you are well hydrated too!

Health Limitations

**This experience is not suitable for those who are Pregnant or those who have Heart Conditions, COPD 1 & 2, Epilepsy, PTSD, Psychosis, recent TBI or concussion. ** If any of these apply, please contact me directly and we can discuss if modifications or alternate breath work styles would be best.
