A collaborative Donation Based event to support our emotional experiences and expression through gentle awareness, breath, mindfulness and movement.

We are experiencing an unprecedented amount of emotional impact from collective trauma.

Join Alana Jung and Randa Sultan as we spend the evening cultivating the ability for us to work with, process and move our emotional experiences through our body with mindful awareness. This evening is open to anyone who would like to be held, guided and honoured in sacredness. All practices will be gentle and available to all abilities. You will be guided using breath, grounding techniques, gentle somatic connection and movement through asanas. Honouring where you are at, you will learn to shift and transform emotional discomfort with flow. It is through this gentle guidance and the breath where we can connect with deep compassion for all.

Do I need to have any prior experience?

None at all. This evening will be guided in a manner so that beginners to experienced will benefit. Just come with an open mind and a willingness to open your heart.

Both women and men are welcome to join!

What do I need to bring?

Please bring with you a water bottle, something comfortable to sit on (bolsters and yoga mats are available), a blanket to lay over you, something to write in (journal) and something to write with. Wear something comfortable as we will be seated for a portion, moving for a portion and laying down for a portion of it. Some like to wear an eye cover.

What do I need to do to prepare?

Prior to the session an email will be sent out with more details!
