Stephanie and Randa are so excited to bring you this collaborative NEW event! Keep your eyes peeled for the announcement of our NEXT Moon Magic (full moon sparkle) evening.

What is the flow for the evening?
Arrival
- Circle gathering for intention setting, breath and full moon qigong connection
- FULL MOON OUTDOOR PLAY - We will head out in groups for intentional full moon bathing on your choice of Nature play activity

- Sound Bath: lay back and enjoy the sweet vibrational healing journey through crystal bowl and other sound healing instruments
- nourishing warm tea and grounding sweets will be provided and we will reconnect in Circle to bring the group back to intention and carrying mindfulness into your every day.
- Departure

Using the FULL MOON to release patterning and consciously ground into intentional movement deeper love and compassion for self and others. By integrating all four levels of learning (cognitive, emotional, somatic and spiritual) we will be embodying these intentions to allow for deeper shifts to occur.

Sound Healing explained:

Sound healing aims to restore harmony and balance by using various sounds and frequencies to resonate with the body's natural vibrations. The science of Acutonics is to use different frequencies of sound to align and balance different parts of the body and energy centres. By introducing specific sounds and vibrations, sound healing seeks to restore the body's natural frequencies and promote well-being.

What do you mean by Outdoor Play?

Based on the location, we will plan for outdoor activity and you will have options as to what you would like to participate in. All will involve moon bathing and magical experiences in Nature:)

Both women and men are welcome to join!

What do I need to bring?

  • Blanket/yoga mat/bolster. You will want to bring something to sit and/or lay on and to lay over you to keep cozy for the sound bath and the intentional circle connections. Some like to also bring an eye mask to cover for the sound bath experience. There are some chairs and couches, yet most people like to lay down fully for the sound bath.

  • Water bottle/tea mug and whatever snacks you need for your snow play/ski experience

  • Something to write in (journal) and something to write with.

Wear whatever you would usually wear for the weather for outdoor play plus a few layers or a change of clothes if you tend to sweat so that you can be comfortable indoors as we will be seated for a portion, and laying down for a portion of it.

What do I need to do to prepare?

Stephanie Baran: Deeply passionate about the healing arts of sound and vibration, Stephanie has been studying Acutonics and the incredible benefits of a variety of sound healing tools over the last few years. She is able to guide others through deeply healing and supportive experiences through her intuitive senses and has been guiding sound healing journeys in the Golden area over the last year.
